I have lost my sense of hearing but at least I know my smoke alarm is in working order. Stupid toaster.

 Nothing like starting the last day of the work week with a 911 call to the fire department because my toast was ON FIRE in the toaster oven. And then the fire was out before anyone even got here because it took so long. Overall, I think this qualifies as a FAIL.
