Regardless of the track, high surf and rip currents will be a life-threatening danger along the East Coast. Strong winds, heavy rain and major beach erosion could be additional threats if a farther west track materializes.

Forecast for my Labor Day weekend at the beach. EXACTLY what I wanted to hear. (Sarcasm. Especially since I’ll be picking up my newly repaired/painted/etc. car that isn’t supposed to be washed for 5 more weeks on my way to my vacation. And especially since this is EXACTLY what happened during my vacation week last week. My luck right now? Is bad.)
