A Prophylactic Story
I was home (at my parents’) over the weekend, hiding from a snowstorm & getting ready for Christmas. As I was trying to shove some presents back in my closet so no one would find them, I noticed a brown paper bag sitting pretty much right in the middle of everything.

I love it. The little blue box that it came in was my very first one. It was magical. I didn’t want to open it because it was wrapped perfectly with a big white bow.
Beautiful! When I got my first little blue box, I couldn’t wait to rip that bow off, I was so excited. It mostly stays in a drawer these days, but I still treasure it.
